Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Acceptance
By creating a ParseLocal account or installing the ParseLocal tracking script on a website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The free tier allows up to 20 websites per account. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; if we do, the limits and pricing will be made clear before you opt in.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ParseLocal to:
- Track activity on websites you do not own or do not have permission to instrument.
- Collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction or your visitors' jurisdictions.
- Attempt to identify individual visitors, link visitor activity across sites, or otherwise circumvent the privacy protections built into the product.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to compromise the ParseLocal infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
Service availability
ParseLocal is provided on an as-is basis. We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service errors.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account. Continuing to use ParseLocal after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing contact@parselocal.com. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
